Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us. Here's a summary of our policy:

Returns

• You can initiate a return within 30 days of the delivery date.
• Contact support@ksashirt.com to start the return process.
• Items must be returned in new, unwashed, and unworn condition with original tags/packaging if applicable.
• For eligible returns within the US, we typically provide a prepaid return shipping label.
• Full refunds (with no restocking fees for eligible returns) are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Order Cancellation

• You may request to cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it by contacting support@ksashirt.com with your order number.
• If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled but can be returned following the standard return process.
• Approved cancellation refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Exchanges

• The easiest way to exchange an item is to return the original item for a refund (following the return process above) and place a new order for the desired item/size.
• Alternatively, contact support to discuss exchange options.

Lost Shipments (for Refunds/Returns Context)

• If an order is confirmed lost in transit by the carrier during the *return* process, we will still process your refund or exchange once confirmed.
